Tanglewood 40 SO VS E

Tanglewood 40 SO VS E

Available to buy from Reverb (Yorkshire Guitar Centre)

Part of Tanglewood’s Sundance Historic Series the Tanglewood 40 SO VS E is a OO Folk sized electro-acoustic combining Tanglewood’s craftsmanship and attention to detail in this stunning instrument.

This stylish crafted guitar features a Solid Spruce Top with Mahogany Back & Sides in an attractive Tobacco Burst gloss finish. Mahogany neck with Laurel fingerboard, Chrome machine heads, Fishman Sonitone pre-amp and comes with hardcase.

Carefully designed to offer an authentic tone and character by master luthier Michael Sanden, the influence of Michael on the sound of these wonderful guitars is very evident.

Just three body styles are needed to meet any players requirement… Folk, Dreadnought and Slope Shoulder, all fitted with Fishman Sonitone electronics onboard. The solid Spruce tops are tuned, braced, and aged to produce optimum performance and their understated looks are certainly deceiving, the minute you strum a chord and hear how great they sound you’ll find a Historic guitar very difficult to put back down.
