Part of Alvarez Regent Series, RD12 is an entry level, Dreadnought sized acoustic featuring a combination of a Spruce top and Mahogany back & sides, giving this instrument a warm and well-balanced tone. The RD12 also features a Techwood fingerboard, and has a PPS Synthetic Bone saddle and nut to improve response and sustain. The semi-matte finish is achieved by using an electrostatic process that gives a thin, even finish.
