The Tiare TWT 8 Concert Ukulele features a Koa top & sides and a Koa arched “fiddleback” contoured back for increased sound projection. Each Tiare ukulele is specially selected by Tanglewood to have beautiful figuring in the grain to make each instrument unique.
Tanglewood Tiare ukuleles have been researched and developed with patience and diligence. With influences from Polynesia, the name itself is taken from the national flower of Tahiti, capturing the essence of the South Pacific ensuring the Tiare models exemplify an authentic and traditional representation of the art of the ukulele.
