The Tiare TWT 9E Concert Ukulele features a Spruce top, Koa sides and a Koa arched “fiddleback” contoured back, for increased sound projection. Fitted with Tanglewood’s TEQ-TUT EQ system. Each Tiare ukulele is specially selected by Tanglewood to have beautiful figuring in the grain to make each instrument unique.
Tanglewood Tiare ukuleles have been researched and developed with patience and diligence. With influences from Polynesia, the name itself is taken from the national flower of Tahiti, capturing the essence of the South Pacific ensuring the Tiare models exemplify an authentic and traditional representation of the art of the ukulele.
